After the big Microsoft conference earlier today Bethesda has its work cut out for them. The theme for this conference is create but will they have some great surprises in store for us? Well, strap yourselves in folks because we’re in for a bumpy ride!

Peter Hines came out and he started out with a joke about how the game was brought to us by Walmart. This was in reference to Rage 2 and after that happened Andrew WK came out on stage and belted out Ready to Die which was amazing! After the performance they talked about the game and the fact you will play as Walker, the last ranger and then they went into the story and showed off the gameplay which looks as chaotic and fast paced as it did in the trailer. Bottom line: if you like first person shooters you will want to check this one out! And the release date is going to be in spring of 2019 so get ready to rage!

The next game they had up is for an Elder Scrolls Legends collectible card game and they announced that it will be available on the XBox One, Nintendo Switch and PS4. The game is currently for play on the PC for free followed by a short trailer of the game. Elder Scrolls Online was next with new DLC for the game called Summerset. They also said that they have over 11 million players that are currently playing this game. Summerset is available now but they also announced Wolfhunter (where you hunt werewolves) and Mirkmire as well.

After that we got a teaser trailer for another Doom game called Doom Eternal! This one knocked me for a loop as I had NO idea that we were getting another Doom game! They hinted at more demons, a more powerful doom guy as well as hell on earth! And they said that they were going to debut the game at QuakeCon in August.

And speaking of Quake… that is the next game that were going into with Quake Champions. They talked about the history of the game and how they are going to start doing tournaments at various conventions. The game is still in early access as they are letting everyone get in on a trial and you can even keep playing after the trial is over! They went into a trailer after that showcasing the various champions and you can play it free from June 10th to the 17th.

The next game they went into was Prey and they are giving out three new modes for free. There is also a new DLC in the works. This is a simulation called Mooncrash as you trying to escape a facility and they say it is infinitely replayable. Another addon that’s coming out for Prey is called Typhon Hunter where you need to hunt down the mimic.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is next up and they announced that is coming out for the Switch on June 29th. There’s also a new story called Wolfenstein Youngblood which focuses on BJ Blackzowitz’s twin daughters. Set in 1980’s Paris you will be able to play this game either solo or co-op with a buddy. This was followed by a short teaser and an announcement that it will be coming out in 2019. They also announced Typhon Hunter and Wolfenstein Cyberpilot which are both slated for VR.

After that they had a bit of fun with the audience with an Alexa Skyrim and it was hilarious. The next game they talk about is Fallout 76 which is 4x as big as Fallout 4. However, the trailer that they showed was the same one that was shown at the Microsoft conference. However they show gameplay in vault 76 and it looks simply amazing. As I stated earlier it looks like a real forest with so many colors instead of brown and grey. They also dropped the bomb saying that Fallout 76 is a completely online experience! Meaning that anyone you encounter in the game is another player somewhere in the world. You will be able to join your friends or if you want to play this solo you can do that as well. The servers that you will play on will have dozens of people not thousands so it will still feel like the apocalypse. They also say that you can build wherever you want with C.A.M.P. And they also put multiple nuclear missile silos on the map so you can gather the launch codes, take over the silo and launch it anywhere on the map! They also announced the collector’s edition which has a map, figures and a helmet that you can wear and it will be released 11/14/2018! They also said that Fallout Shelter is coming to the PS4 and the Nintendo Switch for free and are available right now!

Bethesda also announced Elder Scrolls Blades and this is a first person Elder Scrolls game where you tap to move and attack enemies on screen. The game can be played in either portrait or landscape mode and it will have dungeons that are procedurally generated as well as crafted dungeons. There are three modes: arena (battle other players), abyss (a rogue like experience) and towns (which is the core of the game where you can build your town and be given new quests). They want to bring this from phones and tables to PC’s and consoles as well as VR. And this is going to be cross platform and it will be able this fall for free! You can also go to playblades.com for early access!

However, all isn’t done as they are dropping a new franchise that hasn’t come out in 25 years. And that is Starfield! YEP! They dropped a teaser about the game and it has been hinted at for years. But they also dropped another bombshell after that! And that is a brand new Elder Scrolls which is Elder Scrolls VI!!! No details about either game yet but they look amazing so far!

And that’s it from E3! What did you think about Bethesda’s Conference? Did they crush it or did they fail to deliver? You can watch it here again and again! Let us know! We want to hear from you!
