These new releases remind me of spending time in the video store with my mom as we decided what movie to rent. The folks over at Mill Creek Entertainment have released a few more movies for the Retro VHS line and we are covering two of them which are Neighbors and Sheena.
Neighbors pits two great comedians against one another starring Dan Akyrod and John Belushi. As Earl Keese (Belushi) has lived a quiet life in this neighborhood where everything is peaceful until the day that the house next door is bought by a very odd couple. The couple, including Vic (Dan Akyrod) decides to make life a living hell for Earl and without giving anything away you will laugh at the antics that Neighbors gives you.
Sheena stars Tanya Roberts and takes place in the dark heart of Africa. At a young age Sheena was abandoned in Zabouli territory as she was raised by a noble tribe. However, she has been taught to communicate with all animals via telepathy. A reporter is in Africa by the name of Vic and he has arrived in time for an evil prince to invade the Zabouli territory. Will Sheena and her powers be able to saver her people? If you want high adventure, romance and thrills then you need to give Sheena a try.
Both of these releases are like the previous Retro VHS line which means they are stripped bare and all you get is the movie. But these are great as you usually cannot find these on either blu-ray or DVD anywhere.
