Cineplex Events is proud to present a once-in-a-lifetime tribute to the career of the legendary Stan Lee, creator of iconic characters such as the X-Men, Spider-Man, Iron Man, The Avengers, Incredible Hulk and countless others.
Extraordinary: Stan Lee will be presented LIVE on the big screen in Cineplex theatres across the country on August 22 at 9 PM EST (6 PM PST) from the Saban Theatre in Los Angeles, with 1,800 fans in attendance.
Hosted by Chris Hardwick, creator and host of The Nerdist Podcast, this event will be a nostalgic look at the life of the Marvel Comics icon, from growing up in Brooklyn to his first job, and finally, his present-day success. Celebrity guests including Channing Tatum, Zoe Saldana, Tom Bergeron, Michael Rooker, comic book artist Todd McFarlane, and many more will be on hand to give thanks through retrospective segments bringing to light how Stan Lee has influenced and inspired countless lives and creative endeavors.
The show will also feature never-before-seen personal photos and home videos, and fans will have the opportunity to live tweet questions to Mr. Lee himself.
