Eight Year Old Apologizes to Nintendo

It’s not uncommon for a gaming company to apologize to fans due to unmet promises, or a rather poorly constructed game. However this is the first time in living memory that a fan has apologized to a multi billion dollar agency. The fan being an eight year old boy only makes it all the more amusing.
The young boy had the unfortunate happen to him, in the form of a thermos spilling on his 3DS in his school bag. The picture of the broken 3D’s appeared on twitter, and though the young boy was advised by a fellow twitter user to contact Nintendo to get it fixed, he still felt the need to apologize for his blunder.
The eight year old, after getting the hand held repaired, posted a picture the previously broken device with a heart felt apology note attached:
“I apologize for accidentally getting [my 3DS] wet. I’d like to think I’ve already resigned myself to not seeing my 3DS, which is always with me. From here on out, I aim to close my thermos’ lid correctly. I am truly sorry.”
I don’t think the company will hold it agaisnt the young boy, however I think its beyond adorable that the child felt the need to apologize for what can only be an honest mistake.
I hope to raise a kid this cute one day.
